Hulki has graduated from Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2007. He has received his LLM degree in 2010 from Bilgi University Institute of Social Sciences. In 2015 he has received his PhD degree from Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences in the field of Private Law. His field of study is Civil Law and he mainly focuses on Real Estate Law, Property Law and Law of Contracts. He has four published monographies and numerous published articles.

Baris has graduated from Bilgi University. He has received his LLM and PhD degrees from Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences in Private Law. Afterwards he has been appointed as a member of the teaching staff to Akdeniz University Faculty of Law. He has several published articles, monographies and books. His focus area is Labor and Social Security Law.
